Your BGLH tech support issues answered

Hello BGLHers,

The move from blackgirllonghair.blogspot.com to bglhonline.com has been a mostly smooth process, but there have been a few snags, which I’m happy to say have been resolved (mostly)!

1) Avatars are now working in the Forums, so you can now upload them with no problems. And if you uploaded your pic already, it should appear now.

2) We’ve had some issues with a few folks who have used the contact form to communicate with us. Our web host blocks certain contact form features and we received messages that we were unable to respond to because your contact info was blocked. WE WERE NOT IGNORING YOU!!! I have taken the contact form down while we resolve the issue with our host. In the meantime, you can email us at the addresses provided on the page. We apologize for any inconvenience!

3) If you want to sign up for RSS feeds for individual entries or comments, follow these directions:

1. In the sidebar on the right hand of the page, scroll down to the header that says “META”
2. Under “META”, click “Register”
3. Click on “Entries RSS” or “Comments RSS” and go from there
